The one-time Quidditch player. Mr. Bagman likes to gamble and particularly favors that Harry will win the triwizard Cup in the Tournament, being held at Hogwarts. He placed a bet with a bunch of Goblins that he would be right, but he became unsure as the Tournament went on. He's very sneaky and not always as kind and friendly as he may seem to anyone.

Susan Bones
Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

Armando Dippett
The headmaster of Hogwarts, preceeding Dumbledore.

Professor Binns
The only ghost teacher, working at Hogwarts. Professor Binns had died in his sleep as an old man and woke up the next morning to teach, only to find that he became a ghost! His class, History of Magic, is considered by most students to be one of the most boring classes ever.

One of Draco Malfoy's "bodyguard-like" friends, he hangs around with Goyle as well, the other one in the Slytherin trio. You could almost get confused who's who, since they all act the same—stupid.

Bane
One of the centaurs in The Forbidden Forest.

Barty Crouch, Sr.
Mr. Crouch is the man who runs Percy Weasley's department at the Ministry of Magic. He's a middle-aged, impatient man who has no time to waste on anything...he also has a deep, dark secret that no one else knows. Crouch knew he wasn't a good father, his son Barty Crouch, Jr. hated him so much, that he was later killed by him. Crouch wasn't a decent person since was deceived people at times.

Barty Crouch, Jr.
Crouch, Jr. hated his father, who had the same name as him. Following in Voldemort's footsteps, he killed his father because he greatly disliked him for a number of reasons. Like Voldemort, they were both given the same name as their father and that was a mark, that they could not wipe away. Crouch, Jr. had later been discovered in disguise at Hogwarts, as Alastor Mad-Eye Moody. He had concealed the real Moody in a seven-lock trunk in his room for an entire year.

Dementors
The greatly fearful and hated guards of Azkaban, the wizard prison. Their real forms, if they have one, has never been seen before because they hide under the dark robes they wear. The Dementor's Kiss is something that many fear. It is something that they do to kill a criminal. After Sirius Black escaped, the Dementors went to Hogwarts and stayed guard there, searching for Black. Right when they found Black, Harry created a powerful Patronus that repelled them away.

Fleur Delacour
The first crush of Ron Weasley. This French Beauxbatons student has arrived, along with the rest of her school to compete in the Triwizard Tournament. Her beautiful appearance seems to resemble that, of a veela, a creature that can hypnotize anyone by their grace and beauty. To Ron, she is like an angel, that he's too afraid to ask to the Yule Ball.

Cedric Diggory
The only Hufflepuff student to participate in the triwizard Tournament, his fame has grown to a great status. His great talent and skills in his Quidditch team come in handy in the Tournament and his popularity has grown even more with the girls. Sadly, his life came to an end when he was tricked and killed. Hogwarts has never been the same before.

Death Eaters
This group of people are Death Eaters, which are what you call followers of Lord Voldemort. They hide in the shadows and now continue to assist Voldemort, for he had risen again, in Harry Potter's fourth year at Hogwarts. Many of these Death Eaters still respect the Dark Lord. Argus Filch
The old Hogwarts school caretaker. He doesn't like his job or any of the school students either. You must be careful whenever seeing him. Do something wrong or make him mad, he'll make your life a nightmare, for a temporary time at least. Just ask Ron Weasley! His black cat, Mrs. Norris is his only friend.

Professor Flitwick
This very tiny Professor of Charms at Hogwarts uses a stool to see over his desk in class! Flitwick is also somewhat odd in some ways that only students can see. He's very kind, and is greatly honored to have the Harry Potter in his Charms class.

Florean Fortescue
The shop owner of Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor, located tentatively in Diagon Alley.

Cornelius Fudge
Currently the Minister of Magic in the wizarding world, he took this position when Dumbledore refused to take it and stayed at Hogwarts, instead. She might not get to sleep often, due to Harry's constant mail, but she always gets the job done and always comes back to Harry, with affection.

Lee Jordan

Fred and George Weasley
The Weasley twins, as they are commonly known as, besides their real names. Fred and George enjoy cracking jokes around anytime of the day and driving teachers crazy, when needed. They're a bunch to handle, especially Fred and George, but if needed to, the entire Weasley family bands together and helps others. Molly Weasley

She always sends her kids Christmas presents and Harry too, when they stay at Hogwarts for the Holidays. It's tough out in the Muggle and Wizarding world, but just like Harry, Ron, and Hermoine, the Weasleys always find a way to help each other.

Percy Weasley
Percy is the third oldest brother. He became the Prefect and eventually Headboy in Book 3. He also hopes to one day work for the Ministry of Magic, just like his father. Pride, he has.
